ABOUT CONCEPT

101 House

101 House design project presents an exquisite modern house, sprawling across an expansive 300 square meters located in Sukumvit 101 road Bangkok Thailand, skillfully crafted to embrace the principles of passive house design. Emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency, the house features a dual-layer façade that not only an insulating shield against solar heat but also enhances privacy and pro – motes a harmonious connection with nature. Through its innovative design, this residence offers a striking example of how architecture can unite environ – mental consciousness with contemporary aesthetics.

At the heart of this architectural marvel lies the concept of a “passive house,” a revolutionary approach to sustainable design that significantly minimizes energy consumption while ensuring optimal living conditions. The passive design relies on passive solar gain, natural ventilation, and thermal insulation to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. This house embodies the essence of sustainable architecture, seeking to reduce its carbon footprint and mitigate its impact on the environment.

Aesthetically, the house reflects a captivating modern style that seamlessly blends with its surroundings. With its clean lines, minimalist elements, and an unassuming façade, the house exudes an air of sophistication and simplicity. Drawing inspiration from contemporary architectural trends, this design show – cases the perfect amalgamation of function and form.

The centerpiece of this remarkable design is the dual-layer façade, which serves multiple purposes, from thermal insulation to enhancing the occupants’ privacy. The outer façade acts as a buffer against the scorching solar heat, deflecting its intensity and pre – venting it from penetrating the interior. This feature enables the house to maintain a cool and comfortable temperature even during the hottest seasons, drastically reducing the need for artificial cooling systems.

Furthermore, the interstitial space created be – tween the two layers of the façade offers an ideal sanctuary for greenery. The owners can cultivate a picturesque garden on both the ground floor and the second floor, bringing the serenity of nature into their living spaces. This innovative integration of nature not only adds aesthetic appeal but also fosters a profound connection between the inhabitants and their environment.

The dual-layer façade also serves as an ingenious mechanism for filtering and diffusing sunlight into the interior spaces. As sunlight gently permeates through the gaps in the outer façade, it casts enchanting patterns of light and shadow on the inner walls, creating an ambiance of tranquility and charm. This indirect light, carefully choreographed by the architectural design, infuses the house with a soft and comforting radiance, allowing occupants to revel in the splendor of natural lighting without experiencing discomfort from direct glare.

In conclusion, this architectural design project exemplifies the marriage of sustainable principles, modern aesthetics, and innovative design. The fusion of a passive house concept with a dual-layer façade showcases a pro – found commitment to environmental consciousness, energy efficiency, and harmonious living. By embracing the elegance of modern architecture while prioritizing the inhabitants’ well-being, this house emerges as a timeless masterpiece, embodying the vision of a sustainable and inspiring abode. This exceptional creation stands as a testament to the boundless possibilities that arise when architecture becomes an art of balancing functionality, beauty, and environmental stewardship

The architectural style chosen for this exceptional house draws inspiration from the enchanting allure of Bali. Infused with elements of Balinese design, the residence exudes a sense of tranquility and harmony with nature. The use of organic materials, such as natural stone and wood, harmoniously blends the house with its surroundings, creating a seamless integration between the interior and exterior spaces. The rich textures and intricate carvings found throughout the house pay homage to the traditional craftsmanship of Bali, evoking a feeling of cultural authenticity and timeless elegance.

Beyond its captivating style, the house has been meticulously designed to cater to the functional needs of its inhabitants. The open-plan layout enhances the sense of spaciousness and facilitates a smooth flow between different areas. Large windows strategically placed throughout the house allow for abundant natural light to filter in, further accentuating the warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Balinese design ethos extends to the interior, where the use of warm tones and earthy colors creates an ambiance of serenity and comfort. Soft hues of terracotta, sandy beige, and lush greens dominate the color palette, creating a sense of visual cohesion that complements the natural surroundings. Traditional Balinese motifs and decorative elements are tastefully integrated into the interior design, adding a touch of authenticity and cultural charm.

In summary, this extraordinary house is an exquisite fusion of Bali-style aesthetics and contemporary functionality. Its unique design, encompassing a dual-layer façade for passive solar gain and privacy, seamlessly blends with the modern architectural trend, embracing sustainable principles while exuding timeless beauty. The Balinese inspired interior, adorned with warm tones and traditional motifs, envelopes the residents in a cocoon of luxury and cultural charm.
