The Karlkate House project is a home where the owner aims to expand their family and plan for the future. Therefore, the owner wants to maximize the usable space as much as
possible. The designer was inspired by Art Deco details, simplifying them to achieve a modern form while playing with the proportions of the house. This house has three floors, each of which can connect to the central garden. There is also a swimming pool on the second floor, allowing residents to swim while enjoying views of the garden or the trees within the house.
