RAMA II House presents a significant challenge for the designers, as this project combines three functions into one: an office, a warehouse, and a residential home. Therefore, it was necessary to design these three areas to be clearly separated. The office and warehouse spaces must not interfere with the residential areas at all. The entrances to the building are divided into three distinct paths, yet the design makes it appear as a single cohesive building.
The homeowner has a preference for a variety of finishing materials, as well as latticework and curved lines. Thus, the design adopts a Modern Tropical style, featuring harmonious curves that complement the interior spaces.
